What this is

These terms cover the Rocket mobile app (iOS and Android) and this website. Rocket helps you track your dog's walks and activity. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to the terms below.

The basics

• You're at least 16 years old (or have a parent/guardian's permission).
• You give us accurate information and keep your account secure.
• The data in the app is for your own wellness and your dog's. Rocket is not a veterinary or medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice. If your dog seems unwell, talk to a vet.
• You won't misuse the app, try to break it, scrape it, or use it to harass other users (for example through the co-owner or leaderboard features).
• You keep ownership of your content (your dog's photos and data). You grant us the limited permission needed to store it and show it to you and the co-owners you invite.

The tracker

Some features rely on the Rocket hardware tracker. Activity and distance figures are best-effort estimates, not certified measurements. Hardware warranty and refund terms are provided separately with the device.

Account & cancellation

You can delete your account and data at any time (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.

Liability

Rocket is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or always available. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law (including in the EU).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, where Rocket is based, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll keep the “last updated” date current and tell you in the app about meaningful changes.
